Life Coaching, Retreats, Speaking and Workshops
I am a Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, and Retreat/Workshop Leader. Very simply put, I am all about helping Women live their lives more authentically, passionately, and with better direction. I provide one on one coaching, motivational speaking, workshops, and retreats. I work with Women wanting coaching, retreats and workshops. I love to speak at conferences, and women’s events. I offer my work to large corporations, churches or agencies. I believe that Life Coaching is perfect for me, as it allows me to use my own gifts and talents. I am a born speaker, leader, and motivator. I am living what I believe is my true calling.
CAROLYN AS LIFE COACH
My Life Coaching is challenging, and at times very assertive. I am caring, and compassionate, and I LOVE what I do. My Coaching is focused and it brings Results. Coaching women is my greatest joy. I absolutely love to see Women transform into stronger, wiser, more confident, assertive, knowing and loving Women. I have been personal Life Coaching for over 5 years, but have had over 25 years of ministry service. I continue to be blown away by my clients. Each Woman brings with her, her own need, and her own desire to grow. Each situation is unique. Women come to me to get clarification on their career, or to help them figure out what to do after the kids leave the house, or they come to me because they feel stuck, they just don’t know what to do “next”. I think, the Biggest reason Women come to me is because they don’t have a real strong sense of identity. They have lost themselves. They have no clue as to who the Woman is in the mirror. I get my greatest JOY from helping women live their lives with a clear identity and a better sense of who they are and what they have to offer this beautiful world.
My Coaching is all done over the phone. I Coach women all over the country. I Coach once a week, and you are invoiced monthly. The sessions are 45 -50 minutes long, and trust me, you will not be the same.
I use activities such as journaling, collage work, exercise, walks, and homework to help you achieve the results you want. This time is all about YOU. Each woman is unique, and we spend time getting to know one another and figuring out what YOU need, and what YOU want. It’s a sacred and precious time together.

Carolyn offers her insights with a unique style of transparency and engaging stories. Carolyn has spoken throughout the country to people young and old with many diverse backgrounds. Her style is direct, challenging and hopeful. She finds a way to connect with each individual Carolyn is spontaneous, lively and animated. You know she is sincere and empathetic no matter what the subject matter. Her topics are wide-ranged because of her multi-experiences and talents. Carolyn shares from the heart and gives of herself.
She believes in people taking risks, facing their fears, giving forgiveness, following their dreams with a vengeance, and never losing hope or faith. Carolyn genuinely wants to help others live lives that are passionate and hopeful.
